From your portal, you can view these properties and easily sort them as a favorite, possibility, or reject. For each property you can also write notes to yourself about what you like, dislike or have questions about.

The auto search of listings that are sent to your portal are homes listed by a local realtor. It is important that you also look for homes listed “For Sale By Owner (FSBO)”, as these listings are not being sent to you automatically.
